Kiril Lozanov – Owner/CEO
Contact Kiril
Mr. Lozanov initially worked as an engineer in the solar industry and later become the Energy Assessment Manager at EcoEnergy. While working for EcoEnergy, he successfully designed and executed energy assessments for two portfolios of wind and solar projects that were profitably sold to Acciona Wind and Element Power. Ranging in size from 20MW to 300MW, these projects totaled over 3,000 MW. Mr. Lozanov contributed to the successful construction of EcoGrove, a 100MW wind project in northern IL, as well as some smaller projects such as Cashton Wind (WI; 5MW), Galactic Wind (WI; 9MW) and many others. He performed a renewable energy potential evaluation for the US Air National Guard (ANG) and US military bases (over 90 locations) and energy assessment studies for over one hundred other wind projects. After leaving EcoEnergy, Mr. Lozanov became the leading engineer at Wes Engineering, where he managed the energy assessments for customers with wind projects ranging from 1.5MW to over 100MW. While working for Wes Engineering, Mr. Lozanov also managed projects that included remote sensing, ambient noise measurement/modeling, and wind resource evaluation/modeling. He has performed multiple energy assessments that were confirmed for accuracy by third party consultants such as GL Garrad Hassan, AWS TruePower, V-Bar and others.
